Orders placed through the Store are shipped via:
- Within Poland: InPost Courier, InPost Parcel Lockers (Paczkomaty), and Poczta Polska
- Within the European Union: DPD, DHL, or other local carriers
- Within the United Kingdom: Royal Mail

Shipping fees:
- Within Poland: InPost Courier: PLN 14.99, InPost Parcel Lockers: PLN 13.99, Poczta Polska: PLN 14.99
- Within the European Union: from EUR 5.90
- Within the United Kingdom: GBP 4.90

Orders placed through the Store are processed on business days only. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated delivery times are typically:
- Within Poland: up to 3 business days
- Within the European Union: up to 5 business days
- Within the United Kingdom: up to 7 business days

The Seller shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by the carrier.

Upon receiving a shipment delivered by a courier, the Customer should, in the courier's presence, carefully inspect the contents and completeness of the shipment, the condition of the outer packaging, and the condition of the ordered Goods. If the shipment is damaged, the Customer should prepare a damage report together with the courier in two identical copies, signed by both the Customer and the courier.
