More information about the project can be found below.

The vest is worked from top to bottom, initially in rows and then in the round, using a 3x2 rib stitch. The work begins by picking up stitches for the back of the vest and shaping the armholes. Next, the right and left front pieces are worked, shaping the collar, button pleat, and armholes. Once the back and front are finished, all pieces are joined and work continues in the round. Next, the stitches for the neckline pleat, which will be fastened with buttons, are picked up. Next, the stitches for the collar are picked up, which is worked in 1x1 rib stitches in rows. Finally, the armholes are finished with 1x1 rib stitches.
